Penile enlargement aims to increase girth and length of the member, in order to improve the functionality or the aesthetics, and is done by fat grafting and growing factors from the thrombocyte enriched plasma.

  Depending on previous dimensions, expectations in terms of dimension enlargement in one procedure, and with the additional under pubic bone ligament release it is possible to elongate the penis for an additional 2-3 cm.

 Preparation

Given that the procedure is done with intravenous analgosedation in most cases, all analyses required by the surgeon and the anesthesiologist must be done previously – usually labaratory tests with internistic check-up and ECG.

Surgery

Fat grafting is made from body parts with excessive fat and after processing the fat it is mixed with thrombocyte enriched plasma, exctracted after blood is being processed. This mixture is injected directly into the penis.

In surgical ligament release, there is an incesion in a Y shape in the root of the penis.

Recovery and results

Few days after the procedure, the patient can return to normal activities in terms of office work, but harder physical activities must be avoided in the following 3 weeks.

Results are imediately visible, but due to unpredictable fat resorption, sometimes it is necessary to repeat the procedure.

Possible complications

Swelling and micro scars, as well as small Y scar that is hidden in the pubic hair area may appear.
