BRAVA is a revolutionary system that enables breast enlargement with patients own fat. BRAVA system requires the use of an outside expander to expand the breast tissue and enable breast enlargement with patients own fat afterwards.
It is applicable in all patients who wish to enlarge breasts in a natural way, without implants, as well as in patients who had mastectomy – breast removal.
The surgery is usually done in general anesthesia and considers all tests recommended by the surgeon and the anesthesiologist – usually laboratory tests with internist examination and ECG.
For a cup size bigger breasts, it is necessary to wear BRAVA expanders during at least 4-6 weeks during the night.
After 4-6 weeks of wearing BRAVA expanders, fat is collected from parts of the body with excessive fat tissue and after processing, it is injected in the breasts area to enlarge them.
This procedure has a double effect – breast enlargement and slight reshaping of body parts where fat was collected.
After the procedure, it is important to wear BRAVA expanders for one more week during the recovery period, as well as avoid hard physical activities and heating, as solarium and sauna.
The results are immediately visible, but are considered final once the swelling is gone, that is after a few months when it is considered that fat which remained during that period, is the final result.
Possible complications
Swelling, bruises and mild inconvenience wearing the BRAVA expanding system are the only complications.
